2025 White Dot

Viognier from Garnier Vineyard in Mosier and Chardonnay from Jewett Creek in White Salmon

 

We love blends like this where the grapes truly highlight and complement each other. The Viognier bringing body and fruit to the Chardonnay and the Chardonnay brining lift and freshness to the Viognier.

 

White Dot spent 8 months in barrel (half the barrels sur lees). Balance is the best way to describe this Domaine Pouillon Classic wine. Acidity : Fruit : Finish
