We present to you our 2019 Resling from an old vine, high elevation vineyard here in Lyle. We held it in our cellars for five years after bottling until its layered complexity reached that rich aged-Riesling stage and we are proud to share it with you now!
Never had a cellar aged Riesling before? You are in for a treat! The aroma and flavor profile is: nectarine, persimmon, Granny Smith apple, petrol, lemon and salty sea breeze. This Riesling has zero residual sugar. The cellar aging married rich caramelized oxidation with racy acidity for a pleasant and well-rounded dry Riesling.
