Our Pet-Nat (Petillant- Naturel) consistantly wins Gold and Platinum medals every year. This is a delicate natural sparkling wine with absolutely zero sulfur added. The 2025 vintage is a beautiful expression of the aromas and flavors of the vineyard at harvest time. Close your eyes and you can smell the ripe fruit, dried grasses, and soft fall breeze as it moves through the forest that surrounds this beautiful vineyard in the hills of White Salmon, WA.  Serve chilled.
