This grape vine is drought-resistant and loves the desert climate of the Horse Heaven Hills AVA in eastern Washington. Elsewhere, it’s planted in such extreme climates as Tunisia & Morocco.
Light garnet in color this vintage of Cinsaut offers a warm & herbaceous nose with wet stone and bright fruit aromas. Followed by allspice and a bright strawberry highlight on the midpalate, then cherries linger for a long delightful finish. Ready to drink now. Can be served slightly chilled at 55.
