Fermented ½ in stainless steel and ½ in neutral French oak. This wine aged for 8 months in the cellar and the lees were stirred every month. A beautifully balanced Chardonnay.
This Chardonnay has just a kiss of oak tones and perfectly balanced acidity. There are lots of fruit flavors to enjoy while the long finish lingers and begs you to take another sip.
