The Domaine Pouillon Estate vineyard is typically the last white grape harvest of the season--a moment of celebration on the farm. This year, the celebration continues as the 2023 vintage has already earned a Platinum Medal (Best of the Best) from Sip Magazine! Light floral and fruit notes of chamomile petals and Asian pear are beautifully balanced with the rich depth of honeycomb. A lingering minerality carries through to a long, elegant finish. Barrel-fermented and aged for 12 months, this wine will cellar beautifully, but it's drinking like a dream right now.
