Barrel aged for 21 months
A rare bottling of Merlot from Dry Hollow. The Vineyard is planted on a south-facing slope in rocky stone laden soil outside of the Dalles. Our Merlot is silky smooth and delightfully fruit forward. Rich aromas of stewed plums, blackberries, and cinnamon, with hints of dark chocolate, allspice and elderberry. We haven’t made a merlot since 2014! Pair with grilled lamb, duck, burgers or save it for the Thanksgiving Festivities!
